Digitizing is a custom digital service that provides permanent access to your design files, either upon download or via email delivery, once your order has been completed. By placing an order for any of our digitizing services, you are hiring our team of digitizers to work on your artwork, rather than purchasing pre-finished files. For your peace of mind, we’ve outlined the following policies to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to working with you until you are completely happy with your order. If you're not satisfied with the result, we offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost. Our team will make as many adjustments as needed to ensure the final design aligns with your expectations.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We offer a risk-free cancellation option with a full refund if your request is made within 45 minutes of placing your order. After this grace period, all sales are considered final and orders are no longer eligible for refunds or store credits. In extremely rare circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may honor a written cancellation request for a partial refund of 90% of the order total. This will only apply if the reason for cancellation is deemed valid and work on the project has not yet commenced. To ensure the cancellation is processed promptly, please submit your request via email to orders@mecarviprints and include your order number.
Refund Process
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction, without exceptions. Refunds for debit or credit card payments will be processed within one (1) business day of receiving your written cancellation request. Please note that it may take up to five (5) business days for your financial institution to process the refund and reflect it in your account statement. If you no longer have access to the payment method used for the original order, please contact your financial institution for assistance.
Abandoned Order
If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing your order within seven (7) calendar days of the original order date, please notify us promptly. We can place your order on hold for up to ten (10) business days. However, if you fail to redeem, approve or respond to your digitizing order within the specified timeframe, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the order will be automatically closed and you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
