Digitizing is a custom digital service that gives you permanent access to your design files once they have been downloaded or delivered to your email. When you place an order for any of our digitizing services, you are hiring our digitizers time to work on your artwork and not the finishing files; for this reason, we offer a risk-free order cancellation for a full refund within 45 minutes after you've placed an order. Once our cancellation grace period is over, all order sales are final and your order will not be eligible for any refunds or store credits. Please be advised that in extremely limited circumstances at our sole discretion, we may honor your written cancellation request for a partial refund of 90% of the order total if the reason is considered valid and we haven't started working on your project. Customer satisfaction is very important to us; if you are not satisfied with your order for whatsoever reason, we offer free unlimited revisions  we will make it right until you're satisfied.

Refund Process

Any refunds processed must be returned to your original payment method and no exceptions will be considered. If you've paid for your order with a debit or credit card, you refund will be processed within one (1) business day after we've received your written cancellation request. Please be advised that your financial institution can take up to five (5) business days to process you refund before the credit appears on your financial statement. If you no longer have access to the card information used to place your order please contact your financial institution for assistance.  

Abandoned Order

If you've experienced any unforeseen circumstances that will prevent you from completing your order within (7) calendar days of the original order date, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll place your order on-hold for up to 10 business days. Please be advised that if you haven't completed, redeemed, approved or failed to respond to any digitizing orders within the specified timeframe mentioned above unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, your order will be automatically closed and you will not be eligible for any refund or store credits. If you wish to re-open an abandoned project, a new order will be required as we do not archive abandoned or closed project files. Please be advised that your new order will be subject to current pricing or specials offered at that time and we will not honor any previous discounts or special offer.
