Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative at Mecarvi Prints, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building relationships with new and existing clients, and representing our brand in a professional and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives through proactive prospecting and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and new product offerings.
  • Present and promote Mecarvi Prints' services, including printing, embroidery, signage and graphics design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in printing, embroidery, signage or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with printing or embroidery processes is a plus but not required.
