At Mecarvi Prints, customer satisfaction is our priority and we are committed to always exceeding your expectation with our quality products and services. All physical orders are backed with our risk-free standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We only accept returns on all our hardware products that is unused and must be returned in its original packaging within ten (10) days after your order was delivered. Please be advised that customized products cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or replacement under any circumstances that is not due to a manufacturer defect or we’ve deemed an error in the production process. If there is an issue with the products you receive, complete the claim form and we'll provide you with options to resolve the issue within 2 business days. 

Refund Process

Any refunds processed must be returned to your original payment method and no exceptions will be considered. If you've paid for your order with a debit or credit card, you refund will be processed within one (1) business day after we've approved your claim. Please be advised that your financial institution can take up to five (5) business days before the credit appears on your financial statement. If you no longer have access to the card information used to place your order please contact your financial institution for assistance.  

 Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.  In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
