No, we do not charge a processing fee or any other fees for using your debit or credit card as a method of payment.
We only accept business checks from approved businesses. Please be advised that we do not accept starter business checks, ensure the company name and address is listed on the check. We do not accept personal checks.
Effective January 1st 2024, we require a completed Credit Card Authorization form, a valid US Government issued ID (Passport, Passport Card, State ID, Drivers Licenses) and a legible image of the front of the physical card being used for all orders. The cardholder must match the same name as the account holder. This does not apply to approved verified businesses.
Once an order is placed, it automatically goes on-hold requiring a review and verification from our security department before we begin production to prevent fraudulent activities on our website. This is a quick normal process that we undergo to ensure the security of both parties involved. Most times, we may require additional documentation before the hold is removed and if we do not receive the documentation within 24-48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.
When you place an order, your card will immediately be charged an authorization for the exact amount of your order total. Once your order is approved, the transaction will be processed and the authorization will become an actual charge. If your order is declined, we will release the authorization and it can take up to 5 business days to appear back in your account depending on your financial institution.
There are few possible reasons why your debit or credit card might have been declined; such as typing errors, insufficient funds, incorrect billing address or bank routine security check. If your payment decline, you will be notified immediately that your order was not successful. We recommend contacting your financial institution first for assistance in resolving the issue before attempting to process the transaction again. Too many decline attempts will flag your account as suspicious activities which will result in either account suspension or permanent account termination.

We offer a wide range of printing services such as business printing, personalized printing, offset prinitng, large format printing and specialized printing.
Our turnaround time varies depending on the project. Typically, we complete most orders within 2-5 business days. Rush services are also available.
Yes, we provide digital proofs for all orders to ensure everything meets your specifications before we proceed with printing.
We only accept PDF, JPG, and PNG file format. In some cases, if there is a quality issue with your artwork, we will request that you email us the AI, EPS or PSD source file. Please be advised that It is very important to ensure your files are designed in high resolution with a minimum of 400 dpi.
There are two ways you can send us your artwork: 1. Artwork can be uploaded directly on our website while ordering your products by clicking on the "Upload Logo/Artwork" or navigate to the top right corner of our website, click on "Upload Files" button and complete the form. 2. Artwork can be email to [email protected]. Please also include your full name or company name, order number and any special instructions regarding the order.
Yes, please ensure that your artwork have a bleed area and is not design to the edges. For example, a business card actual is 3.5x2.0 inches and with a bleed it will be 3.75x2.25 inches.
